I know I missed last week, but I’ve been busy. Last week I lost 0.4lb and this week I gained 0.2lb, so since my last entry, I’ve lost 0.2lb. I have a lot on my mind and have been pretty stressed lately, so I’m really just trying not to GAIN any weight. Still exercising, but not tracking my food or activity points. I’m basically living life and trying to make intelligent choices when it comes to food. And it doesn’t seem like I’m doing too bad. So that’s that! I’ll check back in next week after weigh-in.
