Short post: I gained 4lbs last week. I think I may gain again this week. I had a lightweight binge this past week. I think I’m done, though. I exercised 4 days this last week, though, so I don’t feel too bad about my eating. And drinking. I have had way too much alcohol over this week. But I’ve ENJOYED it all, so I can’t be too upset with what the scale says. I have been getting compliments on how I look, I’m kinda diggin’ how I look, and people are noticing the weight loss, so I’m not going to let this little binge derail me. What’s worse is I haven’t tracked what I’ve eaten since I started the binge a few days ago. I’m over it. Here’s to getting back on plan and taking this weight off!
