I have a goal to try one new food (read: vegetable) each week. I’m not a big vegetable eater (could totally survive on broccoli alone), but I am a mom to a 2 y/o. I figure it’s time to broaden my horizons so that my son can grow up loving healthy food, especially fruits and veggies. I’ve recently learned more about eating clean and am looking to incorporate that into my diet. We don’t eat processed food for meals, but plenty of processed snacks. I want to get away from this lifestyle and into a cleaner lifestyle. I’d love to win a $99 Whole Foods gift card to help me on my way!
