Dinner was delicious! Even though the asparagus was soaked in the honey/soy sauce mixture, I can tell I will still enjoy it plain. So many friends gave me ideas of ways to cook it; I’m going to try it roasted with EVOO and balsamic vinegar next time. My 2-year old didn’t even complain about it. So I guess it’s a keeper!

Goal met: One new food this week! Way to go!!!

Asian Salmon & Asparagus

The whole meal was 11PP! Salmon is fairly fatty (good fats, though), but the honey is adding almost 1/2 of the points. Still, worth it for a delicious and nutritious dinner. Even though I count it as 11PP, I know I didn’t really eat 11PP because my son eats from my plate.
