225.5. A loss of a whole 0.7lb. Blah.

I think I’ll go back to weighing myself once a week. The roller-coaster in between is not for me. Neither is McDonald’s. Imagine what I would have lost had I not eaten that crap. *sigh*

You know what? A loss is a loss. I’ll take that and work harder this week!!
