I forgot to post my weight yesterday. I was 226.2. Only -.4, but that’s better than a gain, so hey.

I wish today was weigh-in day. I’m down to 224.7. So My goal is to lose one pound this week making next week’s weigh-in a =3! I’m going out tonight, so I have to watch my alcohol intake. And make sure I don’t eat anything that could sabotage me! I should take snacks with me, LOL!
